Project scope consisted of total plumbing/mechanical systems serving a new middle/high school spread over 5 buildings, including a safe room. Over 240 tons of VRF cooling/heat recovery, and assisted by 15 rooftop units/dedicated outdoor air units.

This Project scope consisted of complete demo of existing building, complete new sanitary sewer/vent/domestic water system serving large restroom groups and various fixtures over 3 floors, 14 air handling units, 2 air cooled 110 ton chillers, 2- 1.5M BTU natural gas fired hydronic boilers, ductwork, VAV’s, fan coil units, & VRF mini split units.
